This month, Broadmeadows Central proudly features a dedicated activation space designed as a reflection area for our community to engage with and appreciate the significance of this sacred time.
This beautifully crafted structure serves as a peaceful space for customers to pause and reflect, while showcasing the importance of Ramadan and the Islamic faith. Adorning the space are beautiful visuals of historical mosques from around the world, highlighting the rich architectural heritage of Islam.
Additionally, the structure features a collection of inspiring artwork created by incredible grade 5 & 6 students from Sirius College, who have creatively expressed what Ramadan and the Islamic faith mean to them.
Through this activation, we aim to foster greater understanding and awareness, inviting our diverse community to learn more about the significance of Ramadan and its deep cultural and spiritual meaning for Muslims.
We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have enjoyed making it.
Our reflection space will be up in centre until Sunday 6th of April in front of the Information Desk.
