If there’s one thing Emily knows, it’s hair. The Broadmeadows local has been working at Hairhouse Warehouse for nearly two decades and still loves her job.

Having been a permanent fixture at Hairhouse Warehouse for 18 years, store manager Emily has seen Broadmeadows Central evolve over the years. One thing that remains a constant is the store’s lovely and loyal clientele.

“I love dealing with our customers and clients that have been with us for years,” says Emily.

Emily’s favourite thing about her customers is “the loyalty they have to our store”, and the thing she appreciates most about Broadmeadows Central — aside from the fact that it’s conveniently located near her house — is the community.

“I love the atmosphere and the fact that we are multicultural,” she explains.

Hairhouse Warehouse has stores all over Australia, but each store is franchised by a different owner, which gives the place a personal touch. When it comes to products, Emily says the keratin treatments (which contain a kind of protein to make hair stronger and more luscious) are her go-to recommendation.

When she’s not behind the counter helping people choose the best hair product or transforming hairdos at Hairhouse Warehouse, Emily can be found enjoying a meal at Rashays or exploring the latest offering at Kmart.
